New search function added to the
toolbox
We’re excited to announce a new enhancement to the Marketing
Operations Toolbox based on your feedback from our recent
survey.
A search function is now available at the top of the Toolbox
page, allowing you to perform keyword searches across key
sections, including Requests, FAQs, Training, Open Office
Hours, and Newsletters. Results will appear in a dedicated
window for easy navigation.
This improvement is designed to make the Toolbox more
user-friendly and help you quickly find the information you
need.

We have released a new IQVIA.com Website Request
Toolkit to help you organize, plan and prepare your
website requests. This toolkit brings together everything you
need to create new pages or update existing ones: brand
guidelines, templates, content types, visual inspiration, tips,
and more. You’ll also find details on which form to use to
submit content to your marketing ops rep.

January Monthly Spotlight recap
Clem Watts presented insights from the Consumer Health team’s
AI‑powered Google Performance Max campaign, launched in August
2025. The initiative aimed to boost conversions and ROI by
using Google’s unified automated advertising ecosystem across
Search, Display, YouTube, and additional channels.
Core campaign foundations included:

bidding and targeting for smarter optimization
· Dynamic

· Enhanced
